Drake fuels ‘ICEMAN’ buzz with cryptic ‘It’s in’ post

Drake has sparked fresh speculation around his upcoming album ICEMAN after sharing a cryptic Instagram Story that quickly drew attention across the music industry.

The post, uploaded on April 19 via his @champagnepapi account, is being widely taken as a signal that the project may be complete.

The image showed an object encased in ice alongside the caption “Its in,” prompting fans to believe the album has been delivered to Republic Records.

“Release Date Inside. 81 BOND STREET DOWNTOWN TORONTO,” the rapper added to the caption.

The post has intensified online discussion, with industry figures adding to the anticipation. DJ Akademiks and producer Mal have both hinted at a strong lyrical showing, with early projections suggesting the album could reach 300,000 units in its opening week.

Drake’s recent public appearances have also fed into the narrative.

On April 12, he drew attention at a Toronto Raptors game by freezing two courtside seats, a move widely linked to the album’s theme.

Days later, he shared footage of a controlled explosion near Downsview Airport, marked with an ice emoji, further fuelling speculation about a possible music video.

While no official release date has been confirmed, the sequence of visuals and messaging suggests the ICEMAN rollout may be entering its final stage, with fans closely tracking each development.
