1. Milk contains lactic acid, which gently exfoliates your skin. It helps in removing the dirt accumulated in the pores. 3. Milk and banana face pack is ideal for sensitive skin. Take a ripe banana and mash it, then add milk to it and make a paste. Apply it on your face and neck and wash after 15-20 minutes.
