Rasha Thadani struck a balance between easy, Gen Z cool and a deep-rooted love for ’90s glamour. Much of that influence, she admits, comes from growing up around her mother, Raveena Tandon , whose film looks continue to shape her own evolving style. There’s a sense of nostalgia in how Rasha approaches fashion today—one that blends vintage inspiration with a distinctly modern, effortless attitude.

Speaking about her mother’s impact, Rasha, at the unveiling of ALDO’s latest collection, reflected on the lasting impression of ’90s Bollywood style. “I am truly inspired by everything she has done and I still am. The looks she did in the ’90s—in fact, the looks that all of the actresses did in the ’90s—are still unbeatable. Whether it’s makeup or hair, I am constantly inspired. Most of my looks are inspired by the ’90s and it is something that, till this day, is unbeatable.” She also points to some personal favourites, adding, “Sheher Ki Ladki—she had a lot of changes—and Akhiyon Se Goli Maare… those looks are just iconic.”
