Business Desk – Tanla Platforms Ltd. A tremendous jump was seen in the shares of on 27th April. In early trade itself, the stock rose by 15 percent from its previous closing price. The price reached a high of Rs 560.35 on BSE. After the release of the company’s results for the January-March 2026 quarter, heavy buying is being seen in the shares.



During the quarter, the company’s consolidated net profit increased by approximately 14.5 per cent year-on-year to ₹134.32 crore. A year ago, this figure was ₹117.33 crore. Consolidated revenue from operations stood at Rs 1,177.54 crore. This represents an increase of about 15 percent compared to the revenue of Rs 1,024.36 crore recorded in the March 2025 quarter.


Expenditures for the March 2026 quarter stood at Rs 1,019.24 crore, compared to Rs 889.39 crore a year ago. For FY 2026, the company’s total revenue on a consolidated basis stood at Rs 4,417.70 crore. At the same time, net profit was recorded at Rs 509.14 crore.


Second interim dividend declared for FY26


Tanla Platforms will pay a second interim dividend of Rs 6 per share for the financial year 2025-26. Record date is 30 April. Shareholders whose names are recorded as beneficial owners of shares in the register of members of the company or in the records of the depository as on this date will be entitled to this dividend. The face value of the share is 1. The company had earlier also distributed the same amount of Rs 6 per share as its first interim dividend.


Shares rose 35 percent in a month


After this huge jump in share price, the market capitalization of Tanla Platforms has increased to Rs 7,100 crore. This share is part of BSE 500 index. As of the end of March 2026, promoters held 46.17 percent stake in the company. The stock has increased by 35 percent in the last one month. On BSE, the 52-week adjusted high is Rs 765.75, while the adjusted low is Rs 372.


On April 27, a tremendous rise was seen in the Indian stock markets. Sensex reached a high of 77,341.53 with an increase of more than 677 points from its previous closing price. Similarly, Nifty reached a high of 24,107.60 with a gain of more than 209 points. On Nifty, except Private Bank Index, all the sectoral indices are trading in the green.
