Mango raita, sasav, juice, amras etc. are made into many dishes. But today we are going to tell you an easy recipe to make Chilled Lassi from Hapoos Mangoes. Mango lassi made in this way will be beneficial for the body as well as taste. After the start of summer season, everyone wants to eat some cold food. Drinking cold drinks all the time can be dangerous for the body. So the sweet aroma of hapu mangoes and lassi made using curd will be loved by everyone. Materials:



  • Ripe Hapus mango

  • curd

  • dry fruits

  • sugar

  • Cardamom powder

  • milk

  • Ice cubes


Instantly make soft mango syrup for the Prasad in Satyanarayana Puja, it will melt in your mouth.


Action:



  • To make chilled mango lassi, firstly, soak ripe hapus mangoes in water for sometime. Then peel the mango and cut the mango into fine pieces.

  • Add curd, mango pieces, ice cubes and milk in a mixer bowl and blend finely. Do not keep curd lumps at all.

  • After that add sugar, cardamom powder as per your choice and grind again.

  • Pour the prepared lassi into a glass and garnish with dry fruits.

  • Chilled mango lassi made in an easy way is ready.
