Sattu Laddu Recipe
First step- To make Sattu Laddus, take 1 bowl of Sattu and add ghee as per your requirement and fry it lightly. Sattu does not need to be roasted too much because it is prepared from roasted gram. All you have to do is add light ghee and fry it.
Second step- When the Sattu cools down, take it out in a big plate. Now you can add finely chopped cashews, almonds, raisins, pistachios and melon seeds to the laddus. If you want to make laddu very healthy then you can add grinded dates to it for sweetness. Some people also use jaggery, sugar or sugar candy.
Third step- We are using ground sugar candy powder in Sattu laddu. You can sweeten it more or less as per your convenience. Add ground green cardamom to the laddu for flavor. If too little ghee has been added and the laddus are not able to bind, then add some more ghee to it.
