You need 2 teaspoons myrobalan powder (haritaki), 1 teaspoon fennel powder, 1 teaspoon cumin, half teaspoon dry ginger powder, 1 teaspoon black salt. Now know how to make it.
From myrobalan to fennel, cumin and salt, all the ingredients are beneficial for digestion. There is a tradition of chewing fennel after eating, because it helps in digesting food. The simple way to make this powder is to mix all the ingredients and put them in a grinder and grind them until they become powder. Cook and store it in an airtight container. If you do not like the taste of all these things very much then roast the spices lightly.

You can take half or 1 teaspoon of powder with lukewarm water every night. If you have the problem of bloating along with constipation, then this powder can be taken even after eating food. You can reduce the quantity of ingredients according to your body, like if you have diarrhea then add less myrobalan. If there is severe constipation then keep the quantity of myrobalan slightly more. Similarly, if there is acidity or bile nature then ginger has to be reduced.
