His stepmother, Priya Kapoor, has been barred from inheriting the property left by Sanjay Kapoor. Justice Jyoti Singh said the property should not be destroyed. There is a need to protect property.

Till then it is important to keep the entire property safe.

The court said in its decision that there will be no change in the shares or stake of Indian companies until the trial is completed.
