The Gujarat Titans produced a complete all-round performance to emerge victorious by four wickets against Royal Challengers Bengaluru in their IPL 2026 encounter held at the Narendra Modi Stadium.Kagiso Rabada provided an early breakthrough to dent RCB by removing Virat Kohli in his first over after being put under immense pressure by him.

Everyone rates Virat Kohli's wicket high and Rabada returned well into his stride after a torrid first over of him, where he was dispatched for five boundaries by Kohli who raced off with the game. Rabada however came back into the frame with some serious control and the Indian batsman obliged.

He bowled a good short-ball on middle and leg and Kohli played across edges to it and a looping top-edge goes towards mid-wicket where Rashid Khan makes absolutely no mistake and pouch it comfortably. He followed it up with a death-stare to Kohli as he walked off.

The Gujarat Titans would then go on to chase the 156 run target comfortably. Skipper Shubman Gill got them off to a great start with a rapid 43-ball knock, and Jos Buttler followed up with a quicker 39 off 19 balls to maintain the momentum. Gujarat secured the win which takes them to 10 points after registering their fifth win in the IPL season, and RCB showed their struggles down the order again with a fantastic start failing to be turned into a good enough total after Kohli's departure.
