  • Soya Chaap (boiled or frozen)

  • Curd

  • Onion and Tomato Paste

  • Ginger-Garlic Paste

  • Green chilly

  • chilli powder

  • Turmeric

  • coriander powder

  • garam masala

  • Fenugreek seeds

  • Oil and salt as per taste

First of all, boil soya chaap, cut it into small pieces and fry it lightly so that it gets light crispiness.


Now heat oil in a pan and add ginger-garlic paste and fry lightly. After this add onion and cook till it turns golden.


Now add tomato paste and all the spices and fry well, until the oil starts separating from the spices. Then add curd to it to give the gravy a creamy texture.


After this, add fried soya chaap and let it cook on low flame for 5-7 minutes so that the spices get absorbed properly.


How will it taste like a hotel?


If you want it to taste exactly like a hotel, then don’t forget to add some butter and Kasuri methi at the end. Due to this both its aroma and taste increases manifold.

Serve hot spicy soya chaap with naan, roti or paratha. It can also be eaten with Basmati rice. Everyone likes its rich and spicy taste.
