  • Spring Roll Sheets – 10

  • Finely chopped cabbage – 1 cup

  • Grated carrot – 1/2 cup

  • Finely chopped red chillies – 1/2 cup

  • Boiled noodles – 1 cup

  • Ginger-garlic paste – 1 tsp

  • Soya sauce – 1 tbsp

  • Chilli sauce – 1 tbsp

  • Pepper powder – 1/2 tsp

  • Salt – as per taste

  • Cornflour – 2 tbsp

  • Water – as required

  • Oil – for frying

  • Heat some oil in a pan and add ginger-garlic paste. Then add cabbage, carrot and red chillies and saute lightly on high flame.

  • When the vegetables are slightly soft, add the boiled noodles. Add soy sauce, chili sauce, pepper powder and salt to it and mix everything well.

  • Keep this prepared saran aside to cool completely. The rolls may tear if filled with hot saran.

  • Mix cornflour and a little water in a small bowl to form a thick paste. This paste will be used to stick the roll.

  • Take a spring roll sheet and keep the prepared saran aside. Now make a roll by rolling the sheet tightly and seal the edges with cornflour paste.

  • Heat oil in a pan. Once the oil is at the right temperature, fry the prepared rolls on medium heat until golden and crispy.

  • Serve hot veggie spring rolls with tomato sauce or chili sauce. You can sprinkle some chaat masala on it for a tastier experience.
