Usually in food delivery apps, the photo is uploaded after the delivery is completed to prove that the order has been delivered to the right place.

But it is seen in the video that a few seconds after taking the photo, the agent picks up the same packet again and goes away from there. It is being claimed that the food did not reach the customer, while the delivery was shown as complete in the system.
