Ranchi: An FIR has been lodged against Sunil Tiwari, political advisor of former Chief Minister of the state and BJP state president Babulal Marandi, at Argora police station in Ranchi for threatening witnesses. Apart from Sunil Tiwari, an FIR has also been lodged against police constable Sachin Pathak.

The whole matter is to a girl from Khunti district. Who had filed a case of physical abuse against Sunil Tiwari in 2021. The victim has written in the FIR that I was physically, mentally and financially exploited by Sunil Tiwari. After which case number 220 of 2021 was registered against Sunil Tiwari in Argora police station. Sunil Tiwari has already been arrested in this case, he is currently on bail. But now Sunil Tiwari, who calls himself a political advisor, says that he is in touch with senior BJP leaders and has relations with senior officials of many political parties.

The victim alleges that Sunil Tiwari has been plotting against her for the last three years. He is constantly threatening witnesses from my side, in this he is taking the help of Jharkhand Police Jawan Sachin Pathak. Sachin Pathak is constantly luring and threatening witnesses on the instructions of Sunil Tiwari. He is threatening to implicate witnesses in false cases. The victim has also pleaded for financial help citing herself to be financially weak. The victim has demanded strict action against Sunil Tiwari and Sachin Pathak.
