Think of visiting your favourite burger joint and ordering the most tempting combo to satiate your taste buds. But then, right in the middle of gastronomical delight, you end up having a bite of dead insect in the patty. As per reports doing rounds on social media, a Mumbai-based woman was disappointed after finding a dead insect in her burger from Burger King. "I feel like vomiting right now, but I wanted to report this issue,” she said from behind the camera, expressing her disgust. She then appeared in front of the camera, exclaiming, “If brands like Burger King are going to do this, I don’t know where to eat anymore.”

The caption of the reel reads, “This store was located in Mumbai and my double party veggie burger had a dead insect inside it. This raises safety issues for all of us and also our reliability on huge brands which cannot take care of their franchise’s , I demand an apology for the risk to my health and safety, I had consumed half the burger.” Take a look at the video:

Till now the reel has garnered 662K views and 10K likes. In no time, the reel was poured in with support from netizens, but at the same time people doubted the video and commented that what if it was dramatically placed.

One of the reactions read, "I had a live cockroach inside my Burger King burger. Out of 6 burgers with fries combo, they missed 1 burger I had ordered. It was a long process. They only refined and didn't care about the cockroach complaint. I had emailed them the video and photos as well."

Also, till the time this piece was released no official statement was released by the brand.

Wel, this is not the first time that such an incident has taken place. Earlier in the month of June, a family discovered a dead mouse in a bottle of Hershey's chocolate syrup. As per a post shared by the family on Instagram, three members of the family consumed the contaminated syrup before noticing it. Later they tried to register a complaint with the company but they didn't get any response.
