Railway Minister News: Now food will be prepared in the railway’s base kitchen with the help of AI technology. Everything from cooking to packing will be monitored. If the chef takes off his hat in the kitchen, AI will alert.Packing of plates will be done under the supervision of AI. Railways has taken the initiative to provide quality and good food to the railway passengers. Base kitchens have been prepared at Chhapra, Mau and Bhatni railway stations of Varanasi division. Under the standards of Railways, a team of officials will inspect this base kitchen from time to time.At present, the responsibility of operating it on PPP model will be given to the country’s renowned catering companies. Preparations are underway for this. Actually, there are complaints about the quality of food served in railways. Now these complaints will end after the food is prepared under the supervision of AI. The camera will keep alerting if there is any problem while cooking food with AI technology.
