In banking sector, Axis Bank ranks among the top Indian bank at 504, State Bank of India secures 518th rank. ICICI Bank and Kotak Mahindra Bank are at 525 and 551 respectively.

The World's Best Companies 2024 list is based on a thorough analysis across three parameters:
- Employee Satisfaction: Surveys in over 50 countries with around 170,000 participants rated companies on factors like recommendations, work conditions, salary, equality and overall company image.
- Revenue Growth: Companies with revenues above USD 100 million in 2023 were evaluated for growth from 2021 to 2023.
- Sustainability: Evaluated based on standardized ESG KPIs from Statista's ESG Database and targeted research.
