How to make Peri Peri Veg Shawarma Roll
Mix some curd, red chilli powder, coriander powder, garam masala, salt, lemon juice and peri peri masala in a bowl. Take a fork and poke a few holes in your cheese pieces, then coat them in the marinade. Let them cool for a while. Do the same for soya chunks – marinate them after boiling.
To make Peri Peri Veg Shawarma, first heat some oil in a pan and fry the marinated paneer pieces until they turn golden. Let them cool. If you are using soya chunks, then fry them also. After this, to make Shawarma sauce, take half a cup of sesame seeds and dry roast them in a pan.
Put them in a jar along with a few garlic cloves and oil and grind until smooth. Your home made shawarma sauce is ready. Now to prepare shawarma, take a paratha or roti, apply shawarma sauce on it and put lettuce leaves on top.
