What is the problem of migraine?

Correct way to do Setubandhasana
Setubandhasana stretches the chest, neck and spine while improving blood flow to the brain. To do Setubandhasana, first of all lie down on your back on the yoga mat and keep your hands beside you. Now lie down on your back and bend both your legs keeping a slight gap. Now hold the ankles of the feet with your hands. Now inhale, exhale and press the stomach inwards. Keeping the head and shoulders on the ground, put weight on the legs and lift the waist up. While doing this, the chin will touch the chest. Hold on as much as you can with normal breathing. Then exhale and come back. Practice this asana four to five times.
