1. First of all, knead the dough well in a single layer and keep it covered for about 20 minutes.
2. After this make 4 rotis.
3. Heat oil in a pan on medium flame and grind cumin seeds.
4. When cumin seeds start crackling, first add one onion and all the other vegetables, salt and pepper in the pan.
5. When the vegetables are half cooked, add cheese and tomato sauce and mix well.
6. Spread the prepared mixture on the roti, make a roll, apply oil on the pan and cook it well.
7. Delicious Paneer Roll is ready. Serve with chutney and sauce.
