How to Submit Your Life Certificate

You can choose from two options:

1. Digital Submission via Jeevan Pramaan Portal

Visit for all details about submitting a Digital Life Certificate (DLC).

Steps to Generate Jeevan Pramaan Patra (Digital Life Certificate):

Download the App:

• Install AADFaceRD or Jeevan Pramaan Face App from Google Play Store.

Provide Key Details:

• Aadhaar number (linked to your pension account).


• Pension Payment Order (PPO).


• Bank details and mobile number.

Biometric Authentication:

• Use a fingerprint scanner or iris scan for Aadhaar verification.

Download Certificate:

• Receive your Jeevan Pramaan ID via SMS.


• Download the certificate from the Jeevan Pramaan website.

Share with Pension Authority:

• The certificate will be electronically delivered to your pension disbursing agency.

2. Offline Submission

For those who prefer traditional methods:

• Visit your bank, post office, or pension disbursing center with a physical Life Certificate form.


• Submit the completed form to the respective branch.
