India vs Australia: During the ongoing Border-Gavaskar series between India and Australia, the Australian media continues to target Indian players. First Virat Kohli was targeted and now because of this Ravindra Jadeja is embroiled in controversies. In fact, after India's first practice session at the Melbourne Cricket Ground (MCG), a press conference was organized in the presence of Jadeja.

The event, organized by the BCCI, was apparently for Indian journalists covering the Border-Gavaskar Trophy. But Australian journalists also entered this press conference. Because of this, Jadeja allegedly refused to answer any question asked in English, due to which the ruckus increased. After this, the Australian media started biased reporting against the BCCI media manager.

What did the Australian media say?

According to Channel 7, Australian media claimed that Jadeja chose to answer questions only in Hindi, despite being invited for the press conference by the team manager. Australian media further claimed that Jadeja had said that he had arrived late for the team bus, while he flatly refused to answer questions from foreign journalists.

Media had misbehaved with Virat also

Before Jadeja, Australian media has also clashed with Virat. The confrontation started when he looked towards Kohli and his family while talking to Australian bowler Scott Boland. After this the reporters reached the Indian cricketer, who looked upset. Virat then expressed his disappointment and told the reporter that he needs some privacy regarding his children and cannot take pictures of his children without his asking.
