There is no comparison to the joy of eating Malpua. Yes, today we have brought a very special recipe of Cashew Malpua. This Malpua is prepared from cashew nuts, hence it was named Kaju Malpua. Apart from being delicious, they are also very easy to make. Those who are fond of eating sweets must try this recipe of Kaju Malpua.
Flour – 1 cup
Cashew powder – 1/2 cup
Small pieces of cashew nuts – 100 grams
Semolina – 1/2 cup
Milk – 2 cups
Cardamom powder – 1/2 tsp
Desi ghee – for frying
Sugar powder – 1/2 cup (as per taste)
- First of all, take a big bowl and add flour and semolina to it and mix both well.
- After this, add cashew powder, sugar powder and cardamom powder to this mixture and mix.
- Now add milk little by little to this mixture and prepare a batter by mixing it with the help of a spoon.
- Keep in mind that there should not be any lumps in the batter. You can also increase the quantity of milk as per need.
- Now put desi ghee in a pan and heat it on medium flame.
- When the desi ghee gets hot and melts, take the Malpua batter in a bowl and put it in the middle of the pan in the boiling oil.
- The batter will automatically take the shape of round malpua. Similarly, add Malpuas one by one as per the capacity of the pan and deep fry them.
- Fry them by turning them until the color of all the Malpua becomes dark brown.
- After this, take them out in a plate.
- Prepare Malpua in the same manner from the remaining batter.
