2025 is shaping up to be an exciting year for movie enthusiasts, especially with the debut of several fresh faces in Bollywood. One of the most eagerly awaited debuts is that of Veer Pahariya, the charming young actor set to make his mark alongside Akshay Kumar in the highly anticipated action thriller Sky Force.

About Veer Pahariya

Veer comes from a prominent political background, being the maternal grandson of former Chief Minister Sushilkumar Shinde. He is also the brother of Shikhar Pahariya, who is in a relationship with Bollywood star Janhvi Kapoor. As Veer prepares for his big screen debut, he openly admits to seeking advice from his ‘nearly family’ member, Janhvi, who has already proven her acting prowess in Gunjan Saxena: The Kargil Girl (2020).

Veer on taking advice from Janhvi Kapoor

During an interview, Veer was asked if he had taken any acting tips from Janhvi, who portrayed an air force officer in Gunjan Saxena, Veer shared, “So I think she’s very talented as an actress and she has played a real character in Gunjan Saxena. That was a biopic as well. So yeah, any of my friends are actors, I don’t miss out the chance of asking them for any advice. And she’s pretty experienced. So yeah, I did take a lot of advice.”

In addition to Janhvi, Veer shares a unique connection with another Bollywood star from the Gen-Z crowd—Sara Ali Khan, who plays his onscreen wife in Sky Force. Sara, daughter of Saif Ali Khan, is also Veer’s ex-girlfriend.

In a 2019 interview, Sara confirmed that Veer was the only person she had ever dated, with the two being in a relationship back in 2016. Though they eventually parted ways, their onscreen chemistry in the recently released songs Rang and Kya Meri Yaad Aati Hai has been a hit, leaving fans excited to see them together in Sky Force.
