Required material
1 cup boiled soy chunks
2 tablespoon oil
1 tsp garlic-ginger paste
1 tsp cumin
1/2 cup tomato puree
1/2 cup chopped capsicum
1/2 cup finely chopped onion
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp red chili powder
1 tsp coriander powder
1/2 tsp garam masala
3 tablespoons roasted gram flour
Taste salt
1/2 bowl yogurt (Hung Curd)
1 tsp lemon juice
Method of making soya tikka masala
1⃣ Boil soy chunks - First boil soy chunks in water and squeeze the water.
Prepare 2⃣ Merination - In a bowl, add hung kard, roasted gram flour, salt, red chili powder, coriander powder and garam masala and mix well. Add soy chunks to it and allow it to be marinated for 30 minutes.
Prepare 3⃣ Gravy-Heat oil in a pan, then add cumin, chopped onion and ginger-garlic paste and fry.
4⃣ Add tomatoes and spices - When the onion is well roasted, add tomato puree and cook till it leaves the oil. Then add turmeric, coriander powder, red chili powder and garam masala and mix.
5⃣ Add soy chunks - Now add marinated soy chunks and mix well and fry it lightly.
6⃣ Make gravy-Prepare light gravy by adding hot water as per the need and cook on low flame for 5-7 minutes.
7⃣ Soya Tikka Masala is ready - Serve it with hot paratha, kulcha or roti and enjoy tasty healthy dinner!
