Chhattisgarh News: There was a stir in Raipur, Chhattisgarh when about ₹ 4.5 crore cash was recovered from an Innova car. The whole matter is being told of Aamnaka that during the checking, about ₹ 4.5 crore cash was recovered from a white Innova car (23 bH 8886 J). This amount was hidden in an intelligence compartment specially created in the car. The police arrested two people from the spot, including the car driver. However, the accused denied having any information about cash. The police had received secret information that a large amount of cash is present in this vehicle going from Raipur to Mumbai.

4.5 crore cash received from Innova

On this basis, the police stopped the car and recovered a huge amount during the search. In the preliminary investigation, this money is feared to be connected with hawala business. Those caught are being questioned. Where the money came from and where was going, it is under investigation. In fact, the police had received information from the informer that a large quantity of cash is being taken in a car. On the basis of information, the police had installed a checking point in Amanaka.

CSP Aman Jha (Azad Chowk Division) has confirmed that the accused could not show any valid documents regarding the seized money. Apart from this, it has also been revealed during interrogation that this money was to be shifted to another vehicle near Nagpur. At present, the police is investigating the matter deeply and the search for the real owner of this amount is going on.
