1 cup potato (chopped)


½ cup of carrots (grated)


½ cup of capsicum (finely chopped)

1 cup gram flour


2 tablespoons rice flour (for crispine)


1 teaspoon salt


1 teaspoon red chili powder

1 teaspoon of green chillies (finely chopped)


1 teaspoon lemon juice


½ teaspoon ginger-garlic paste

How to make mix veg pakoras


Cut 1 vegetables and put it in a bowl.
2 Add gram flour, rice flour, salt, spices, ginger-garlic paste and lemon juice.
3 Prepare a thick batter by adding some water.
Heat oil in 4 pan and add small pakoras and fry till it becomes golden.
5 Serve them hot with green chutney or tomato sauce. Crunchy mix veg pakoras ready!
