Hair falls due to stress or stomach problem. Practicing Balasan provides relief from stomach problems and stress. Balasan can be beneficial for hair growth and dense. To do Balasan, bend the knees and sit in a state of Vajrasana. Take a deep breath with the hands up, then leaving the body forward and put the head on the ground and place it on the stomach thighs.
By doing this asana, blood flow towards the head is better. The practice of headstand relieves stress and hair growth is good. People whose hair is falling, or getting white before age, should practice headstand.
To do headstand, take both hands behind the head and keep the head downwards while bending down. Making the balance of the body, take your feet up and maintain balance while standing on your head.
Practice trigonasana to get rid of dry and white hair. Stand by keeping both legs at some distance and lift the hands and shoulders on the straight. Now touch the feet with the right hand. Repeat this process from the other side as well.
The hair is falling more, it is becoming white and the practice of Bhujangasana is beneficial. To do Bhujangasana, lie down on the stomach and mix the feet together and place the palms on the shoulders near the chest and rest the forehead on the ground. Taking a deep breath, raise the front of the body up and keep the hands straight and stay in this posture for a few seconds.
