Lucknow. Instructions have been issued to investigate the incident of fire in Lokbandhu Rajnarayan Joint Hospital. On the instructions of Deputy Chief Minister Brajesh Pathak, a letter has been issued by the Principal Secretary for investigation. Deputy CM says that if someone is found guilty in this case, strict action will be taken against him. The inquiry committee will also submit its suggestions regarding that such incidents do not happen in future.
Deputy CM Brajesh Pathak said that a five -member inquiry committee has been formed in view of the fire in Lokbandhu Rajnarayan Joint Hospital on Monday night. In order of the instructions given to Principal Secretary Medical and Health Parthasarathy Sen Sharma, this inquiry committee will provide its report in 15 days the primary cause of the fire, any kind of negligence or dosha (if any) and effective steps to protect such incidents in future in 15 days.
Deputy CM Brajesh Pathak informed that the chairman of this committee will be the Director General of Medical Health Services. The members include Director of the Director of Electricity Safety, Additional Director of Medical Education Department, Officers Nominated by Fire Department and Additional Director of Medical Health Services (Electricity). Next action will be taken after the investigation report comes.
