‘I was judged a lot over the divorce decision’

In a recent interview to India Today, Malaika said about her divorce from Arbaaz Khan, “I was judged a lot not only by the public but also by my friends and family. At that time, all my decisions were questioned and I had to face opposition. Still, I am happy that I took my decisions while remaining firm on them. I have no regrets.”

‘I was happy living alone’

Malaika further said, “I didn’t know what was going to happen for me. I didn’t know what would happen, but at that time I knew that I had to take this step in my life. I felt that it was important for me to be happy. Many people could not understand this, they used to say that how can you put your happiness first? But I was happy living alone.”

‘I am not looking for marriage’

Malaika Arora also said, “I believe in marriage, but it does not mean that it is made for me. If it happens, then great, but I am not looking for it. I am very satisfied. I am married, then I have moved on from that and decided to live my life in a new way. I have been in many relationships, but I am not disappointed. I still love my life.”

‘It feels good to receive and share love’

The actress further said, “I love receiving love and sharing love. I love being in a situation where I can nurture a beautiful relationship. So I am all for it. But at the same time, I am not looking for it. If it happens, if it knocks at my door, I will accept it.”
