Chitrakoot Kidnapping Murder: This news from Chitrakoot district of Uttar Pradesh is going to shock the entire state. Here, Ayush, the 13-year-old son of a textile businessman, was brutally murdered after being kidnapped. The miscreants first demanded a ransom of Rs 40 lakh, then strangled the child to death and hid the body in a box. Within 12 hours of the incident, accused Kallu was killed in a police encounter, while his associate Irfan was injured. This case is not just a crime, but has become a whole story of trust, negligence, fear and questions arising on law and order.

Where and how did the incident happen?

Businessman Ashok Kesharwani, resident of Bargarh, Chitrakoot, said that Ayush was playing outside the house at around 6 pm on Thursday, when he was kidnapped on the pretext of teaching him bike and cycle. A few hours later, a ransom of Rs 40 lakh was demanded through a WhatsApp call. Threats were made that if the money was not given, the child would be murdered. Instead of paying the ransom, Ashok Kesarwani informed the police. But before any help could reach, the miscreants killed the child by strangulating him with a rope and hitting him on the chest with a stone. They locked the body in an aluminum box and ran away.

Did trust lead Ayush to death?

Ayush was playing outside his house. He did not know that the people whom he used to call “brothers” had become the biggest enemies of his life. Kallu and Irfan were teaching Ayush to ride a bike and bicycle for the last several days. This trust became the path for them for kidnapping.

Why was a ransom of Rs 40 lakh demanded?

Two hours after the kidnapping, businessman Ashok Kesarwani received a WhatsApp call. It was said in clear words – “Give 40 lakhs, otherwise we will kill the child.” The family got scared and instead of giving the money, they informed the police. This decision started scaring the criminals and they killed Ayush out of fear of being caught.

Evidence of death found 100 meters away from the house

When the police traced the location of the ransom call, it was found that the mobile number was active just 100 meters away from the businessman's house. After this the police reached Irfan's house, where a locked box was found. After breaking the lock, Ayush's body was recovered from inside. This scene shocked the entire area. The miscreants strangled Ayush with a rope, then hit him several times on the chest with a stone and put the body in a box and locked it. Angry traders, highway jam and 5 big demands. There is huge anger in the area after the incident. Family members and businessmen protested by blocking the National Highway. The family's demand is that -

On Friday morning, based on the location, the police surrounded both the accused in the forest area. According to the police, the accused started firing, in response to which 70-year-old accused Kallu was killed in the encounter, while Irfan was injured and arrested.
