According to Karanvir, Mahendra Bohra left this world exactly in the way he wanted. The actor wrote, "You used to say you wanted to leave this world with your boots on… and that's exactly how you went. Strong. Dignified. On your own terms." Karanvir stated that his father left this world in a peaceful manner and without any pain, which gave the family a sense of comfort in these difficult times.

He stated that his father, Mahendra Bohra, had always motivated him and his sister to stay hopeful in life. He had also taught him and his sister how to rise again when one fails in life and how to live life with passion and positivity.
