Engine and Features
The new Yamaha Tenere 700 has a 689cc CP2 parallel-twin engine which generates 42HP power and 68 Nm torque. It is mated to a 6-speed gearbox. The company has installed the same engine in bikes like MT-07 and XSR700. The engine of the bike is quite powerful. Its speed is 185 Kmph. This bike gives a range of 20 Km in one litre.

Yamaha has installed two 23-litre fuel tanks in the Tenere 700. The company has given many accessories for this bike. Different accessories are also provided with some bike variants like Rally and Extreme. Riders can customize it as per their need. These include hard and soft luggage, upgraded skid plates, crash bars and rally seats.
Advanced Safety Features
The new Tenere 700 bike has switchable ABS and disc brakes. This allows the rear wheel's ABS to be turned off when riding off-road. This bike is an adventure bike.
