Nobel Peace Prize Nomination: In recognition of his support for free expression, Tesla CEO Elon Musk has been nominated for the 2025 Nobel Peace Prize. Elon Musk’s contributions to the basic human right of freedom of expression and peace have been the subject of a petition presented to the Norwegian Nobel Committee for the Tesla and SpaceX CEO’s candidacy for the Nobel Peace Prize, according to Branko Grims, a member of the European Parliament.

Slovenian politician Grims posted a screen grab of the Norwegian Nobel Committee’s confirmation email. It said, “Your nomination for the Nobel Peace Prize 2025 has been successfully submitted.”

He thanked all those who participated in the nomination process, including co-proposers.

“Today, it was successfully proposed that Mr. Elon Musk be awarded the Nobel Peace Prize 2025 for his unwavering support of the basic human right of freedom of expression and, therefore, for peace. Sincere gratitude to everyone who assisted with this difficult endeavor, including the co-proposers! On X, Grims wrote.
