How To Make Raw Papaya Barfi:



  • First of all, wash the raw papaya thoroughly and peel it. After peeling, grate the papaya.

  • Now heat one spoon of Desi Ghee in a pan and add grated papaya and fry it in it.

  • After boiling, add two bowls of sugar into it and cover it in a plate and cook it.

  •  After some time, remove the plate and check whether the papaya is ripe or not.

  • After cooking, add milk powder, finely chopped dry fruits, desi ghee and cardamom powder and leave it to cook.

  •  Cook until the pudding thickens.

  •  After this, apply ghee on a plate and spread the halwa mixture evenly and keep it aside to freeze.




  • After freezing, cut it into barfi shapes with the help of a knife. Barfi is ready.

  • You can consume it even during fasting. How to make Doodh Barfi:

  • If you don’t feel like working hard then milk barfi is a good option for you.

  •  First of all, boil the milk well on high flame.

  • After boiling, keep stirring it on low flame.

  •  When half the milk is left, add milk powder to it and mix it well.

  • By adding milk powder the milk will become thicker than before.

  • Now add sugar to it and stir well.

  •  When the milk starts separating from the pan, turn off the gas.

  •  After this, spread the ghee mixture well on a plate.

  • After some time, apply silver work on it and cut it with the help of a knife.

  • In this way milk barfi will be prepared.
