It is said that the taste of Maggi tastes even more delicious in the cold weather of the hills. Today we are going to learn how to make Pahadodoon Wali delicious Maggi at home. Materials



  • Maggi – 4 packets

  • Water – 3.5 to 4 cups

  • Butter – 2 tablespoons

  • Onion – 1 medium size (finely chopped)

  • Tomato – 1 (finely chopped)

  • Capsicum – 1 small (finely chopped)

  • Green chilli – 1 (finely chopped)

  • Ginger – 1 tsp (grated)

  • Salt – to taste

  • Black pepper – 1/4 tsp

  • Maggi Magic Masala – 1 packet

  • Fresh coriander

  • Cheese – grated


Action



  • For this, first of all, heat the butter in a pan. Add ginger and green chilies to it and sauté lightly.

  • Now add onion, tomato, capsicum and sauté for 2 to 3 minutes until the vegetables are slightly soft.

  • Now add salt, black pepper and Maggi magic seasoning and mix.

  • After this, add water as required and let it boil.

  • When the water starts boiling, add Maggi and the accompanying masala and mix well.

  • Then cook the Maggi well for some time.

  • Finally, add grated cheese and coriander to the Maggi and turn off the heat.

  • Your hot Pahadon Wali Maggi is ready, serve it on a plate and enjoy it.
