White part of the watermelon peel


Mustard oil


Asafoetida – 1 pinch


Cumin – 1/2 teaspoon


Turmeric – 1/2 teaspoon


Salt – according to taste


Red chili powder – 1/2 teaspoon


Garam masala – 1/4 teaspoon


Green chili – 1


Ginger – 1/2 teaspoon


Green coriander


Method of making vegetable


To make a watermelon peel vegetable, first of all, you have to cut the white part of the watermelon peel into small pieces. For this, peel and remove the green part of the peel.


After this, now heat some mustard oil in a pan. After this, add some cumin seeds to it and fry it till it becomes golden. When it is roasted, add asafoetida to it.



After this, add grated ginger and finely chopped green chilies to the oil and mix it. After this, add turmeric, red chili powder, and salt to this pan. Fry this spice for some time and then add chopped watermelon peels to it.


Now add salt and garam masala and mix. Finally, add some water cover it and let it cook for at least ten minutes. When it melts completely, add finely chopped coriander to it. This watermelon peel curry is now ready to serve.
