The third edition of the UP International Trade Show (UPITS) 2025, which will take place in Greater Noida from September 25 to 29, will provide Uttar Pradesh with another opportunity to demonstrate its power, potential, and accomplishments on the international scene.
The massive event, which will showcase the state’s increasing prominence as a center for commerce, investment, innovation, and cultural heritage, will include 48 stakeholders exhibiting across 12 categories in a 50,000 square meter venue, under the direction of nodal officials from 35 departments.
As directed by Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, the UP International Trade Show 2025 preparations are well underway. To guarantee a seamless implementation, a list of cooperating departments and their nodal officials has been developed.
Senior officials from 35 agencies, including Mission Directors, Special Secretaries, and Commissioners, will spearhead the efforts, authorities here announced Saturday. In addition to departments like MSME, Agriculture, Energy, Electronics, Health, Tourism, Food Processing, Dairy, Animal Husbandry, and Khadi, important players include UP Invest and industrial agencies (UPCIDA, GIDA, and YEIDA).
Industry, MSME, Agriculture & Allied Industries, Energy, Environment, Health, Education, Electronics, Defense, Tourism, Transportation, EV, and Finance are the twelve areas into which the expo will be separated. Forty-eight stakeholders will showcase their displays in various categories. The MSME sector alone will take up 15,700 square meters of the 50,000 square meter display space, demonstrating the industry’s strength and variety.
Uttar Pradesh’s GI-tagged and ODOP goods would be essential to the trade event. At the international level, products like the petha from Agra, the mangoes from Malihabad, the brassware from Moradabad, the Banarasi sarees, the carpets from Bhadohi, and the chikankari from Lucknow will be shown. The event will seek to link local manufacturers with international consumers and encourage exports in line with Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath’s “Vocal for Local” goal.
It is anticipated that the trade fair would draw investments to the state, resulting in the creation of new local job possibilities. Industries like health, food processing, electronics, defense manufacturing, agri-tech, and renewable energy are expected to see potential Memorandums of Understanding.
The “New Uttar Pradesh” will be on display at this international trade fair, showcasing to both domestic and international audiences the state’s developing identity and enormous potential. The occasion will strengthen Uttar Pradesh’s standing on the international investment map under the direction of Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath.
