Ingredients:


Tequila


Watermelon juice


Lime juice


Triple Sec


Jalapeño Slices

Method:


Muddle jalapeño in a shaker. Add tequila, watermelon juice, lime juice, and Triple Sec. Shake with ice, strain into a chili salt-rimmed glass.

60ml Tequila


20ml passion Puree fruit


20ml Lime juice

Method:

Method:


Dissolve sugar in warm water. Add matcha and whisk. In a highball, stir whisky with ice, add tonic, then matcha mix.


Garnish: Lemon peel

60ml Jim Beam Bourbon
