What is conversion substitute rules

The convention subsidy is that under which if a player gets a head injury during the match, he can be removed from the team and another player can be brought to the field at the same place. However, if the batsman is out due to injury, then the batsman can come on the field instead. If there is a bowler, then the bowler will come in his place. The ICC made this rule in 2019, so that the players could be protected from injuries like conversion.

Concisition Substitute Rules changed

The ICC has now changed the rules of the Constitution Substitute. Now the teams will have to hand over the list of 5-5 players for the conversion substitute. Also, as a replacement, the batsmen will come in exchange for the bowler and the batsman.

In fact, during the T20 series played between India and England, the Indian cricket team used the conversion substitute, which had a lot of controversy. In that match, Harshit Rana was sent to the ground in place of Shivam Dubey who is an all -rounder.

These rules will be applicable from June 17

Explain that the change of this rule made by the ICC will be implemented from June 17. These rules will be implemented with the Test series played between Sri Lanka and Bangladesh. In ODIs and T20 International, these new rules will be applicable from July 2 and 10, when T20 and ODI series will start.
