Keerthy Suresh's New Action Film Announcement

Actress Keerthy Suresh is gearing up to reveal her action-oriented role in the forthcoming movie 'Revolver Rita'.

The star, known for her role in 'Baby John', has officially disclosed the film's release date along with a promotional video.

In a post on her X account, Keerthy shared that 'Revolver Rita' will hit theaters globally on August 27, stating, 'Rita is ready to roll baby #RevolverRita from 27th August.'

The film is crafted by writer-director JK Chandru and produced by Sudhan Sundaram and Jagadish Palanisamy under the banners of Passion Studios and The Route. The soundtrack is composed by Sean Roldan.

Joining Keerthy in this film are notable actors such as Radhika Sarathkumar, Sunil, Ajay Ghosh, Redin Kingsley, John Vijay, and Suresh Chakravarthy, who will play significant roles.

The teaser suggests an action-driven narrative where Keerthy portrays a strong, potentially quirky character alongside Suresh.

Previously, Keerthy appeared in 'Baby John', which starred Varun Dhawan.

This film, directed by Kalees, is a remake of Thalapathy Vijay's 'Theri' and was produced by Murad Khetani, Priya Atlee, and Jyoti Deshpande.

The plot centers around a DCP, played by Varun Dhawan, who undergoes a transformation and relocates to protect his family.

Presented by Atlee, 'Baby John' was released in theaters on December 25 of the previous year.
