Top 6 Youngest Indian Entrepreneurs 2025: India has become a leading hub for young entrepreneurs producing several successful young innovative entrepreneurs every year. These young businessmen have moved away from traditional career paths to establish their own ventures. The recently published Avendus Wealth–Hurun India U35 List 2025 also highlights that 76 percent of entrepreneurs on the list are first-generation founders with no business background. This also reflects the country’s increasing wave of self-made business leaders.

As per the Hurun list these under 35 entrepreneurs are leading companies valued at USD 443 billion. Notably this represents almost 10 percent of Indias GDP.
Who Is The Youngest U-35 Entrepreneur In India In 2025?
Co-founder of Surat-based company Rayzon Solar Hardik Kothiya who is just 31-year-old is the youngest U-35 entrepreneur. The second position is secured by Vikas Goyal who is the co-founder of Kuku FM. Vijay is also 31 years of age.

How Many Female Entrepreneurs Have Secured A Spot On U35 Entrepreneur list?
As per the Hurun India list in 2025 a total of 15 women entrepreneurs have secured the a spot in the list. Minu Margaret who is the founder of BlissClub is the youngest woman. She is just 31.

Talking about other prominent personalities Ritesh Agarwal founder of PRISM (formerly OYO) secured the 9th position in the U35 entrepreneur list. He has 1.32 million followers on LinkedIn. Notably Ritesh’s company has raised USD 3.7 billion in equity capital. This has made PRISM leading U35-led startup in 2025.
How Many Total Jobs Were Created By These Entrepreneurs Together?
These entrepreneurs have collectively employed over 7.67 lakh people in different sectors. Mukesh Ambani’s daughter Isha Ambani’s company Reliance Retail is in the top position when it comes to giving employment. Reliance Retail has 247782 employees making it the largest employer within this list.
