You can make candies as you like for children. Boil the peels and dip them in thick syrup of sugar. When the juice comes in, take it out and spread powdered sugar on top and dry it. Children love this candy very much.

You can also boil the peel and make jam at home. Boiling the peels well with water, lemon juice, ginger or cinnamon will make a jelly-like mixture. It is ideal for spreading on bread in the morning.
