  • Roasted peanuts or peanut butter – 1 cup

  • Grated jaggery or powdered sugar – half cup

  • Grated dry coconut – 2 to 3 teaspoons


Make peanut butter laddus like this



  1. If you are using whole peanuts then first remove their peel.

  2. Now add roasted peanuts, jaggery and dry coconut in the mixer jar.

  3. Grind everything coarsely on pulse mode instead of continuously stirring it in the mixer.

  4. The natural oil from the peanuts and the moisture from the jaggery are enough to bind the mixture. Therefore, there will be no need to add milk or ghee separately.

  5. When the mixture starts coming together easily when pressed in hands, take it out in a plate.

  6. Now take small amounts of the mixture and make round shaped laddus with your hands.

  7. If the mixture seems very dry and laddus are not being formed, then grind it in the mixer for about 10 to 12 seconds. This will allow the peanut oil to come out and the mixture will bind easily.
