Australia’s Under-19 team is going to tour India. India’s Under-19 team has been announced for this tour. In this, Aryaveer Sehwag, son of Indian team’s star batsman Virender Sehwag, has got a place. Three ODI matches and two multi-day matches will be played between the two teams. The first match of the tour will be played in Rajkot on 18 September.

Aryaveer gets a chance in the ODI series

Aryaveer Sehwag has got a place in the ODI team. Currently he is playing in Delhi Premier League. Born on 19 October 2007, Aryaveer is 18 years old. Aryaveer is a top order batsman. Anvay Dravid, son of former Indian captain and head coach Rahul Dravid, has also got a place in this team. Anvay is a wicketkeeper batsman. Lakshya Raichandani is captaining this team.

Anyav Dravid played two ODIs for the Indian Under-19 team on the Sri Lanka tour in July. In this he scored 87 and 14 runs. During this period his strike rate was 117. He has once again been included in the team. Yashvardhan Chauhan has got the captaincy for the multi-day series.
