Taking aim at Tejashwi Yadav, Jan Suraj Party chief Prashant Kishor said that if he can meet Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Union Home Minister Amit Shah behind the scenes on the issue of his security, then he should also talk to them for the development of Bihar and flood relief.

kNEWS dESK- Political rhetoric on the issue of floods has intensified in Bihar politics. Jan Suraj Party chief and Bankipur MLA Prashant Kishore has attacked Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) leader Tejashwi Yadav. He alleged that Tejashwi Yadav secretly meets Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Home Minister Amit Shah regarding matters to his security. Kishor raised the question that when he can contact the leaders of the Center for security, then why can't he meet them to solve the problems of Bihar.

This statement of Prashant Kishore has come at a time when Tejashwi Yadav is continuously raising questions on the central and state government regarding the floods in Bihar. However, there has been no response from Tejashwi Yadav yet on Kishore's allegations.

PK counterattacks on Tejashwi's demand of Rs 5 thousand crores

Journalists questioned Prashant Kishor on Tejashwi Yadav's statement in which he had written a letter to Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Bihar Chief Minister Samrat Chaudhary seeking assistance of Rs 5,000 crore for flood-affected Bihar. Tejashwi had said that he has not yet received any satisfactory reply from the Centre.

On this, Prashant Kishore said that Tejashwi Yadav, as the leader of opposition in Bihar Assembly, should meet the Prime Minister and discuss the problems of the state. He said that if Tejashwi can talk to the Prime Minister and the Home Minister behind the scenes for his safety, then he can also meet them and ask for help for the betterment of Bihar.

Tejashwi's allegations against central and state government regarding floods

Tejashwi Yadav has made serious allegations against the Central and State Government regarding the flood situation in Bihar. He said that there has been huge damage due to floods in the state, but adequate relief and assistance is not being provided by the Centre.

According to Tejashwi, more than 50 people have died so far due to the floods and thousands of crores of rupees have been lost. He claimed that about 45 lakh people are affected by the floods.

The RJD leader also alleged that no concrete assistance has been announced for Bihar by Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Home Minister Amit Shah. He has demanded immediate financial assistance of Rs 5 thousand crore from the Central Government. Tejashwi says that till now no satisfactory answer has been received on this demand.
