As the demand for electric vehicles is increasing in cities, now electric vehicles with different designs than conventional scooters are also coming in the market. Bangalore-based iGowise Mobility has introduced a tilting electric trike called BeiGo X4. The vehicle has tried to combine stability with scooter-like agility thanks to three wheels. The company is expected to start deliveries around Diwali.
Anti-topple technology stands out
BeiGo X4 uses the company's exclusive anti-topple tilting technology. The top of the vehicle leans naturally in the same direction as the rider turns, while the two rear wheels provide additional grip and stability. The company claims that this makes turning at low speeds and controlling the vehicle on bad, bumpy or wet roads relatively easy.
