Elon Musk wants to make X a super app. Super app means that all kinds of work should be done in a single app, that is, users will not need to go to any other app for everything from ticket booking to shopping and services. X Hiring - Job Search

X launched the job hiring feature last year but it was not available in India. Now it has been launched in India. Now Indian companies will also be able to post on X for jobs in their institution and users will be able to apply directly from X. X's job search in India will compete with LinkedIn.

How does the new feature work?

The X-Hiring feature, which was first launched as a beta test, is primarily designed for verified organizations on the platform. This feature enables companies and potential candidates to find suitable job opportunities for them.

The job search feature uses the X-Hiring database. When companies post job openings, users can see them in their search. An application tracking system (ATS) is also included, which provides candidate data to companies via XML feeds.
