Red chili powder – 1/2 teaspoon
Rye-1/2 teaspoon
Asafoetida – 1 pinch

How to make semolina gram flour tikki
To make delicious gram flour tikki, first cut the fine pieces of onions, tomatoes and carrots. Now add gram and sewage flour in a big bowl. Now prepare the dough by adding some water. After this, add turmeric and red chili powder and mix. After that, add finely chopped onions, tomatoes and carrots to the mass and mix well.


Now take a pan and heat it by adding one teaspoon of oil to it. When the oil is hot, add curry leaves and mustard seeds and chop it. After some time, add a pinch of asafetida and green chili and fry it. After this, add a mixture of prepared semolina flour into a saucepan and cook. Cook the pasta on medium heat till it thickens. When the mixture starts getting off the pan, turn off the gas and let it cool.


Now lubricate your hands with oil and make a tikki with a little prepared mixture and keep it in a plate. After this, take a non-stick frying pan and heat it on medium flame. – When the griddle is hot, spread a little oil and keep it aside to bake four to five ticks. After baking the tikki for some time, turn it over and put some oil around it. – Fry the tikkis from both sides till they become crisp and golden. After this, take it out in a plate. – Similarly, prepare all the potato tikki. Serve them with green chutney or tomato sauce.
