Noida Crime News: Noida Police achieved a major success today. Police have arrested an accused in a one-year-old kidnapping and rape case. The court has sent the accused to 14 days judicial custody. It is alleged that he kidnapped a minor returning from tuition and raped her.

 

Noida Crime News : Noida Police got a big success today i.e. on Monday 27 January. Police has arrested an accused in the case of kidnapping and then raping a 16-year-old student. Police itself gave information in this regard.

Noida Police informed that they presented the accused in the court. The court has sent the accused to judicial custody for 14 days. The case is a year old. Assistant Police Commissioner Praveen Kumar Singh gave information in this regard. He said that a person living in Salarpur Colony of Sector 39 area had lodged a report in the police station on January 2, 2024. According to this report, his 16-year-old daughter had gone to tuition, but did not return home.

The Assistant Commissioner of Police said that four days ago, the police traced the teenager, after which her medical examination was done and the examination report confirmed that the victim had been raped. He said that the police arrested a youth named Bablu Chauhan from near Sector 80 on charges of kidnapping and raping the teenager.

 

The Assistant Commissioner of Police said the accused was produced in the court, which sent him to 14-day judicial custody.
