Mushroom – 300 grams (cleaned by cleaning)
Onion – 2 (finely chopped)
Tomato – 3 (Puree)
Oil-3-4 tablespoons
Red chili powder – half teaspoon
Coriander powder – 2 tablespoons
Cumin – 1 teaspoon
Garam Masala – 1 teaspoon
Green Chilli-2-3 (Finely chopped)
Ginger-garlic paste-2 tablespoons
Green capsicum – 2 (chopped)
Embroidery Masala-2-3 tablespoons
Turmeric – Half a teaspoon
Green coriander – half a bowl (finely chopped)
salt to taste
Heat oil in a heavy pan and chop cumin seeds in it.
Now add chopped onion and fry it till it becomes golden.
After the onion becomes golden, add ginger-garlic paste and green chillies together and fry for two to three seconds.
After this, add tomatoes and let it melt well, then add red chili powder, turmeric, coriander powder and pan masala to it.
Now fry this spice well. Keep roasting it until oil is seen from the edge.
Now, add mushrooms and capsicum to it and let it cook for 7-8 minutes.
When it cooks well, then add garam masala and green coriander and cook again on light flame for 2 minutes.
Take special embroidery mushroom masala. Serve it with roti, naan, rice or lacha paratha.
